Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC seeks an experienced Community Manager for a multifamily property in the Orlando area. This hands-on leader will drive resident experience, operations, leasing, and financial performance, while maintaining high standards across the community.

You will oversee day-to-day property operations, ensure timely resident issue resolution, and manage a high-performing onsite team. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with strong Yardi, Excel, and Office skills.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive multifamily property-management experience.
• Experience managing Class A, Class A-, or elevated urban residential communities preferred.
• Proven success leading teams and improving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Hospitality-minded, resident-focused leadership style.
• Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and multifamily housing regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property operations: resident relations, maintenance, vendors, inspections, turns, and property presentation.
• Create a welcoming, service-oriented environment and resolve resident concerns promptly.
• Maintain elevated standards for apartment homes, amenities, and exteriors.
• Ensure compliance with policies, lease requirements, and local laws.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, resident retention, and revenue performance.
• Monitor traffic, pricing, concessions, conversions, delinquency, and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate leases, rent rolls, and property information in Yardi.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Review financial statements, forecasts, accruals, and variances; take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Property Accounting on reporting and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing onsite team; set clear expectations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, evaluations, and corrective action.
• Foster collaboration across leasing, management, maintenance, and vendor teams.
