BEYOND FlexSpace in Houston, TX is seeking a friendly Member Experience & Operations Associate to join our growing team. You will create a welcoming environment and support the daily operations of the workspace.

You will handle onboarding, mail and packages, meeting room prep, and CRM updates. The role also involves organizing events, member engagement, and providing exceptional hospitality to our members and guests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, hospitality, administration, office operations, coworking, or a similar environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM or coworking software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and professional experience for members, guests, and clients.
• Support member onboarding, move-ins, and day-to-day requests.
• Maintain front desk, common areas, meeting rooms, and hospitality spaces.
• Organize mail, organize deliveries, and notify members.
• Update CRM and coworking management systems.
• Organize community events, networking opportunities, and member engagement.
