Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality. You’ll greet guests, assemble salads and sandwiches, and help keep the bakery-cafe clean and welcoming while delivering warm, attentive service.

You may work across stations (production, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru or barista), stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Food Handler’s Card as required by law.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a loud environment.
• Experience in food service preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Prepare salads, soups, and sandwiches with care.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment following food safety standards.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties.
