You will guide a team, manage risk, adhere to policies, and partner with local businesses to strengthen community presence. This role requires flexibility for branch hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience in a retail banking environment.

• Willingness to work weekends/evenings.
