Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly bartender to create a welcoming bar atmosphere while you mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and assist with light food service. You will interact with guests, perform opening and closing side work, slice garnishes, and ensure accurate guest checks and smooth table service in a family-friendly environment that values community involvement and neighborly service.

Qualifications

• Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment.
• Stands during the entire shift.
• Frequent immersion of hands in water.
• Able to wipe down surfaces and clean dining areas.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, math and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Mixes ingredients to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interacts with bar guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Serves food and drinks to bar guests.
• Completes opening and closing side work.
• Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks.
• Presents guest checks and handles payments.
• Processes orders for food and beverages.
• Relays food orders to the kitchen via POS.
