Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly Bartender to create a welcoming bar atmosphere and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as light food. You’ll interact with guests and maintain a clean, efficient bar area.

The role requires standing for shifts, ability to handle multiple tasks, manage guest checks, prepare garnishes, and assist with opening and closing side work. Training emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and delivering a positive guest experience.

• Frequent immersion of hands in water

Responsibilities

• Mixes ingredients to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Interacts with guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
• Serves food and drinks to bar guests
• Completes opening and closing side work
• Prepares fruit/vegetable garnishes for drinks
• Presents checks and handles transactions
• Relays food orders to the kitchen via POS system
