Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guidelines.
• Create a welcoming bar atmosphere and engage guests with hospitality.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve guests seated at the bar.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work to keep bar readiness.
• Prepare garnishes and stock bar supplies during shifts.
• Present checks and process cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Process staff food orders as required.
• Enter orders into the POS and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
