You will support the Restaurant Manager in driving sales growth, controlling costs, and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service across all shifts.

The role emphasizes team leadership, training and development, scheduling, and maintaining high guest satisfaction through proactive problem solving

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
• Ability to lead a team, train staff, and provide performance feedback.
• Strong knowledge of safety, health, and employment standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop team members; motivate and guide staff to meet targets.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct reviews.
• Assist in building bench strength with high-potential employees and succession planning.
• Communicate with all shifts on day-to-day operations and focus areas.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure health and safety compliance.
