Job summary

Commonwealth-Lodging-Management-LL is hiring an energetic Utility Dishwasher to support our kitchen and restaurant operations. You will operate dishwashing equipment, keep dishes and utensils clean, and help maintain hygiene across dishwashing, kitchen, storage, and compactor areas.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude as you assist with additional tasks and follow safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of food & beverage experience preferred.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Maintain clean dishwashing, kitchen, storage, and compactor areas.
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Support team members with additional projects as assigned.
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
