Dartcor Hospitality is hiring a Dishwasher to support a high-volume commissary kitchen. You will wash, store, and maintain cleanliness of dishes, kitchen areas, and offices, ensuring a hygienic work environment.

Responsibilities include keeping floors clean, disposing of waste properly, monitoring cleaning supplies, and adhering to health and safety guidelines. Prior experience is preferred, and the role may involve light prep tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dishwashing, janitorial, or similar roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail in all cleaning tasks, particularly washing and organizing dishes.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wash all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment and ensure they are sanitized.
• Put away dishes after washing and drying, storing them correctly.
• Maintain kitchen floors and clean kitchen surfaces, sinks, and stoves.
• Empty kitchen trash and dispose of waste per procedures; monitor supplies.
• Clean bathrooms and office spaces; restock supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety standards and use PPE when handling cleaning agents.
