Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead digital strategy for a portfolio of luxury hotels in Denver. You will manage advertising across display, search, metasearch, and social, drive online bookings and revenue, and partner with Revenue Management and Sales to optimize results.

Strong data-driven leadership is essential. The role requires 5+ years in hospitality digital marketing, CMS/web analytics proficiency, and experience managing a multi-property digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of digital marketing in hospitality.
• Experience with independent or boutique hotels and resorts preferred.
• Experience managing campaigns across display, search, metasearch, SEO/SEM, paid social, and other channels.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proficiency with CMS and web analytics; ability to interpret performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual marketing planning and digital strategy for assigned hotels.
• Develop and optimize digital campaigns across display, search, metasearch, paid social, and other channels.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations to optimize marketing impact.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and measure ROAS.
• Oversee websites, content, and creative assets; ensure brand alignment.
• Develop upsell/cross-sell strategies for non-room revenue.
• Lead and mentor marketing team members and partners.
