Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Branch Ambassador in New Jersey to deliver hospitality, educate clients on mobile banking, and connect customers with the right digital and banking tools. You will serve as the face of a human-centric banking experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll leverage your cash-handling experience and customer service skills to build relationships, support local branches, and adapt to flexible schedules while upholding security and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile apps.
• Identify customer needs and pair them with the right banking solutions.
• Greet customers and deliver hospitality in a dynamic space.
• Support branches within a 50-mile radius and adapt to flexible schedules.
