Job summary

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities both written and in person.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers.

• A heart for people to experience hospitality and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure and support for Hospitality volunteer teams through weekly scheduling, communication, and coordination.
• Lead Sunday morning Hospitality teams in alignment with New City mission, vision, and values.
• Cultivate a Sunday morning environment that is welcoming and communicates belonging to First Time Guests.
• Equip and develop Sunday morning Hospitality volunteers through 1-on-1s, trainings, and ongoing encouragement.
• Identify, encourage, and recruit people to take steps in their Discipleship Journey.
