Job summary

Beau Ridge at Oxford Farms, Oxford’s locally owned independent senior living community, seeks a friendly, compassionate Concierge to join our team in a full-time role. You will provide hospitality to residents, guests and staff, assist with transportation scheduling, and support daily administrative tasks.

Our mission is to treat every resident with dignity and respect, fostering a welcoming, community-focused environment where aging with grace is celebrated.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Friendly and compassionate demeanor.
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Offer high level of hospitality to residents, guests and employees.
• Answer the telephone and distribute mail/packages.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation and signing up for off campus activities.
• Maintain role as resident advocate with a focus on our community’s mission.
• Support sale manager and directors in general administrative duties.
