Alive and Well Health in Bee Cave, Texas is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator for their Austin location. Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests.
• Share information about Alive and Well's offerings.
• Answer inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate various aspects of the business from the Hospitality Desk.
• Assist with IV Vitamin Therapy appointments.
• Support practitioners during sessions.
• Discuss enhancements and boosts with guests.
• Assist with facility upkeep and holistic therapies.
• Handle opening and closing responsibilities.

Hospitality Coordinators (Austin Location)

Responsibilities

• Checking in / checking out guests
• Sharing what Alive and Well offers with curious guests
• Answering inquiries and scheduling appointments over the phone and in person
• Coordinate many different facets of the business from the Hospitality Desk
• Assist IV Vitamin Therapy as guests call or arrive for appointments
• Support the practitioners such as acupuncturists and massage therapists
• Discuss additional enhancements and boosts with guests
• Assist with holistic therapies, laundry, and upkeep of the facility in general
• Opening and closing responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

Paid bi-weekly. Pay range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Full-time – Eligible for medical benefits after 90 days – 32 hours or more.

Schedule

8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, weekdays with possible weekend coverage. Expected 40 hours per week.
