Expected 40 hours per week, with shifts Monday to Friday.

• Demonstrate confidence and passion for offering quality guest care.
• Hospitality/customer service experience in a wellness environment is a plus.
• Ability to be flexible and go with the flow.
• Enjoy being a team player and supporting a great work environment.
• Efficiently multi-task while maintaining warmth with guests.
• Can easily navigate software such as MindBody.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests.
• Share information about Alive and Well's offerings.
• Answer inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate various aspects of the business from the Hospitality Desk.
• Assist with IV Vitamin Therapy appointments.
• Support practitioners during sessions.
• Discuss enhancements and boosts with guests.
• Assist with facility upkeep and holistic therapies.
• Handle opening and closing responsibilities.
