Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Cook to join our Hotels team in New York. You’ll prepare menu items per recipes, manage guest orders with a focus on a memorable dining experience, and oversee stations to maintain quality and presentation.

You will also inspect dishes before serving, keep work areas clean and compliant with safety standards, and assist with inventory, ordering, and shift briefings to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Delight guests by efficiently managing orders and delivering a positive dining experience
• Execute complex recipes and oversee stations, ensuring quality, presentation and inventory control
• Inspect all preparations and plates before serving to ensure quality and presentation
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to sanitation and safety protocols
