Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibility.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items and rotate inventory.
• Prepare food according to specs for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets.
• Keep storage areas and product pars clean and orderly.
• Collaborate with manager to create specials and menu variations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
