Schulte Hopsitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Cook to join our team. You will maintain sanitation, prepare foods for multiple service periods, and work with the manager to craft specials while supporting a flexible, employee-focused workplace.

The role emphasizes care for guests, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards in a hospitality environment. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and workplace safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts; ability to multi-task; team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards in the area of responsibility.
• Ensure organized and clean storage areas for all food.
• Properly rotate inventory and store items after shift.
• Prepare food per specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets.
• Create specials and other menu variations with the manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
