Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Cook to join our team. You will maintain high sanitation standards and prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquet items while ensuring proper storage and rotation of inventory.

You will collaborate with the manager to create specials and menu variations, and support a safe, flexible work environment. Previous experience and a High School diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibility.
• Prepares food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets.
• Ensures proper storage and rotation of inventory.
• Works with manager to create specials and menu variations.
• Keeps storage areas clean and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
