Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sanitation and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Knowledge of food preparation health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibility.
• Keep storage areas for food organized and clean.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items at shift end; rotate inventory.
• Prepare food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets.
• Maintain clean and orderly storage areas and product pars.
• Collaborate with manager to create specials and menu variations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
