Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Orefield, PA to oversee hospitality projects from inception to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, coordinating with architects, engineers, and ownership groups to deliver high quality outcomes on time and within budget.

The role requires a strong background in hospitality construction, site development, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of proven hospitality construction project management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgets, scheduling, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of hospitality construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed on site.
• Communicate progress with clients and internal teams.
• Resolve issues and delays to keep projects on plan.
• Conduct site visits and present progress to stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports for ownership groups.
