Formación

• Proven expertise in tenant improvement, hotel and restaurant construction/renovations.
• Bachelor-level degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project efforts among owners, architects, interior designers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
• Define project scope, deliverables, budget requirements, and execution plans.
• Manage projects from preconstruction and turnover through closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project budgets and cost forecasts.
• Manage day-to-day project schedules and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and progress to meet budget and timeline requirements.
• Administer owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and other project agreements.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, scope coordination, and contract award processes.
• Manage change orders, including entitlement review, pricing, documentation, and approval.
• Review and approve owner and subcontractor applications for payment.
• Prepare and submit owner billings accurately and on schedule.
• Obtain and coordinate required permits, approvals, inspections, and regulatory prerequisites.
• Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Select, manage, and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Identify and implement value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
• Forecast the labor, materials, equipment, and other resources required to complete projects successfully.
• Monitor and measure project cost and schedule performance.
• Ensure conformance with contracts, construction documents, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Review submittals, requests for information, change documentation, and project correspondence.
• Lead owner, architect, contractor, and internal project meetings as required.
