Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone support to guest calls with a friendly attitude and prompt, professional responses.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operations.
• Support emergency response by relaying accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergencies.
• Leverage PBX systems, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations.
