Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Communications Operator to brighten guests’ day by delivering warm, memorable service. In this role, you’ll handle guest calls, provide clear information, and help guests navigate our hotel offerings.

You’ll work with PBX and hotel systems to support daily operations, respond promptly during inquiries and emergencies, and contribute to Hilton’s culture of integrity, leadership, teamwork, and accountability.
