Heyday is seeking a Hospitality Client Lead to deliver world-class client experiences in our shops. You will connect with clients, offer product recommendations, anticipate needs, resolve queries, and lead a team.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail, spa, or hospitality, with preferred experience leading shifts. Expect 25–35 hours per week, including weekends and event work, with strong product knowledge and sales skills.

• Assist in daily shop tasks and projects.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, support restocking, manage inventory, and assist clients with sales and returns.
• 25 to 35 hours a week (plus opportunity to pick up shifts and event work).

Experience

• 1 to 3 years in progressive retail or spa environment and/or similar experience required.
• Experience leading a team or running shifts, preferred.
• 1 to 3 years experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or similar industries, preferred.
