Job summary

Fossil Rim Wildlife Center is seeking a Culinary Specialist to lead dining experiences for overnight guests at the Lodge and Safari Camp. You will plan and prepare breakfast, lunches, elevated dinners and special events while upholding high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety.

Collaborating with the Lodgings leadership team, you will manage menu development, inventory, purchasing, and daily culinary operations to ensure meals are ready for service and meet dietary

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience in hospitality settings such as hotels, resorts, or large venues.
• Ability to plan and execute breakfast, lunch, dinner and special event meals.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Develop seasonal menus and coordinate with Lodgings Manager for VIPs and events.
• Ensure food safety, proper temperatures, storage, and clean working environments.
• Lead culinary staff and collaborate with Lodgings leadership on daily operations.
