This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, teamwork, and reliability for evening and weekend shifts. Prior cashier or restaurant experience is preferred but not required, with opportunities for growth across the brands.

Qualifications

• Front-line role with cash handling and customer service responsibilities.
• Evening and weekend availability required due to fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcomes and seat guests.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Greet guests, answer questions about menu items, and assist with order placement.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and accommodate modifications.
• Keep cashier area clean and organized, manage supplies and receipts.
• Monitor inventory and alert management to low stock levels at the register.
• Assist kitchen or front-of-house staff during busy periods.
