Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a part-time restaurant team member in Houston for table clearing, resetting, and assisting servers. You will provide courteous, professional service to guests and help maintain cleanliness and stock at stations throughout shifts.

The role includes serving beverages and breads, transporting dirty ware to the dishwashing area, and supporting fellow staff while adhering to health and safety standards. Benefits and room discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Current Food Handler Card or in process of certification.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.
• Basic English to understand inquiries and give instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables and assist servers.
• Maintain cleanliness of station and service ware.
• Serve beverages and bread to guests and replenish as needed.
• Assist servers in delivering orders and busing tables.
• Follow safety procedures and hotel policies.
