The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bookkeeping or related experience, strong communication, and Excel proficiency; familiarity with Dynamics GP is a plus. Pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or 2+ years of bookkeeping or related experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel skills including pivot tables, filters, and vlookups a plus.

Aufgaben

• Create invoices and apply payments in the accounting system for hotels, catering events, house accounts, and misc. billings.
• Support private dining payment administration and set up vendor/payments in AP systems.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices; maintain reconciliations and ledgers.
