Responsibilities

• Arrive on time; maintain uniform and higiene; present professional appearance.
• Answer guests' questions about the restaurant and handle requests with guest satisfaction as priority.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to assist with duties and provide positive feedback.
• Follow all safety, health and sanitation guidelines; report unsafe conditions.
• Know emergency procedures within the restaurant and respond accordingly.
• Perform duties per the associate handbook and uphold standards across shifts
