Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is offering a six-month internship in Corporate Technology & Analytics to gain hands-on experience with data, systems, and technology across our corporate office and hotel portfolio.

You will collect and reconcile data for dashboards, document definitions, and support enterprise applications while learning to translate technical details into clear user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed degree in information systems, business or data analytics, IT, CS, business administration, hospitality management, or related field.
• Coursework or experience in data, systems, technology, or process improvement preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and reconcile information used in dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Document metric definitions, calculations, data sources, reporting frequency, ownership, and users.
• Support enterprise applications, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, collaboration platforms, and user requests.
• Assist with access documentation, equipment prep, system inventories, upgrades, integrations, configurations, and testing.
• Create user guides, FAQs, job aids, troubleshooting instructions, and training materials.
• Map processes, systems, handoffs, dependencies, and challenges to identify clarity and efficiency gains.
• Support workflow automation, pilots, implementations, and process changes via testing and training.
• Maintain project plans, task trackers, risk registers, meeting notes, and action items.
• Protect confidential information and follow cybersecurity and access-control requirements.
• Build relationships across corporate and hotel teams and communicate progress and next steps.
