Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 30 lbs and stay energized.
• Ability to service bar guests with accuracy during long shifts.
• Commitment to accuracy and following liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee lounge and bar setup for each shift.
• Know menu items; explain prep methods, ingredients, portions, prices; make recommendations.
• Operate POS to enter orders and manage open tabs.
• Enter orders accurately and keep guest tabs updated.
• Confirm daily menu changes and item eliminations.
• Maintain cash drawer and handle payments.
