Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work shifts up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up lounge & bar from start to end of shift.
• Inform customers about menu items, ingredients, portions, and prices.
• Operate POS system for orders and update guest tabs.
• Enter orders accurately and maintain updated tabs at each bar guest.
• Communicate daily changes to menu items.
• Maintain cash drawer responsibility.
• Provide courteous guest service and handle complaints escalating to the manager when needed.
• Ensure proper table maintenance for bar dining.
• Ensure liquor served complies with state laws.
