Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and ensure compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and Chase digital tools.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and adherence to policies.
