Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions using self‑service options such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build trusted relationships and partner with branch team to help clients reach their financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
