A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level transactional attorney to join its growing Hospitality Practice in Pittsburgh, PA.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the hospitality industry, but attorneys with backgrounds in commercial real estate, corporate transactions, finance, or other related transactional practices are encouraged to apply.

The practice represents hotel owners, developers, operators, lenders, and other industry participants in sophisticated transactions throughout the United States.

Matters may include:

• Hotel acquisitions and dispositions
• Financing transactions
• Hotel management and franchise agreements
• Joint ventures
• Other complex commercial and transactional matters
