Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott Llc is seeking a junior to mid-level transactional attorney to join its nationally recognized Hospitality Practice in our Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA offices.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality industry experience, with flexibility to work across commercial real estate, corporate transactions, finance and related transactional practices. The firm emphasizes a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach and client-focused service.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hotel, hospitality, and related commercial transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, management and franchise agreements, joint ventures and related arrangements
• Support senior attorneys on a range of transactional matters for hospitality clients across the United States
• Contribute to cross-office collaboration on complex deals and client matters

We are seeking a junior to mid-level transactional attorney to join our nationally recognized Hospitality Practice for ourPittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA office. The ideal candidate will possess hospitality industry experience; however, we also welcome attorneys with backgrounds in commercial real estate, corporate transactions, finance, or related transactional practices.

Eckert Seamans' Hospitality Practice is recognized by Chambers & Partners as a Band 2 Nationwide practice in Leisure & Hospitality. Our team of more than 10 dedicated hospitality attorneys advises on some of the largest and most sophisticated hotel transactions in the United States, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, management and franchise agreements, joint ventures, and related commercial arrangements.

Our Hospitality Practice is part of Eckert Seamans, a full-service national law firm with a reputation for delivering practical, business-focused legal counsel for more than 65 years. With approximately 300 attorneys across 14 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution-oriented advice spanning corporate, transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters.
