Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Server Assistant for Bob's Steak & Chop House at Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas. The role supports servers, maintains cleanliness, restocks, and ensures proper dining room setup while delivering friendly, professional service to guests.

The position requires knowledge of menus and beverages, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of appearance and wear proper uniform and name tag.
• Provide outstanding service to guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Wipe down service trays with sanitizer water daily.
• Bus tables and stock supplies for side stations.
• Transport prepared food from kitchen to floor in a timely manner.
• Ensure expo items are covered and dated and discard expired items.
• Set tables with linen, china, glassware and silverware.
• Assist servers during operating hours to meet business demands.
