NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Manager in Camp Verde, AZ. This role oversees daily kitchen and service operations, maintains vendor relationships, and ensures quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across our hospitality services.

Qualifikationen

• Culinary school certificate or degree preferred.

• Maintain vendor relationships and manage supplier performance.
• Inspect supplies and equipment to meet standards and safety.
• Coordinate equipment purchases or repairs as needed.
• Oversee food and supply purchasing to support timely service.
• Schedule production and staff to meet service needs, including payroll tasks.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, uniform standards and productivity.
• Record production and operational data for reporting and audits.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
