NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Part Time Guest Experience Ambassador in Camp Verde, AZ. You will help create a best-in-class dining experience for residents, colleagues, and guests, delivering exemplary service in a hospitality-focused environment.

You will assist with meal service, communicate menu options, and monitor dietary needs while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area. Applicants should have high school diploma and prior food service or customer service experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Cascade a spirit of Hospitality to residents, colleagues and guests.
• Leads service of food or beverages to residents and prepares or serves specialty diets as required.
• Engages with residents to obtain desired orders and describes daily menu offerings.
• Explain how various menu items are prepared, ingredients and cooking methods.
• Ensure residents are satisfied with all aspects of service and report issues to supervisor.
• Check residents diets and preferences to meet dietary requirements.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of all scheduled meal periods.
• Stock service areas with supplies and maintain clean work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service: be attentive, approachable, and courteous.
