You will coach team members, manage daily operations, handle cash, and ensure schedules meet business needs, including weekend and night shifts. Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM with daily operations and guest flow.
• Coach and develop team members to uphold TEG standards and service quality.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and administrative tasks at a supervisory level.
• Support scheduling, opening/closing tasks, and inventory controls.
