Qualifications

• 5+ years progressively responsible hotel experience, supervisory experience required.
• Associates or higher with relevant accounting exposure acceptable with years of service.
• Strong communication and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cashier duties, bank controls, and Accounts Receivable, with reconciliations and audits.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and track benefits; ensure compliance with state/local laws.
• Maintain attendance and ensure best practices in hospitality financial operations.
• Analyze complex financial data and address coworker and guest concerns promptly.
