Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years in commercial real estate hospitality asset management.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or mathematics preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; Yardi and ARGUS preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage relationship with third-party hotel operators.
• Create financial models for potential transactions as part of underwriting.
• Assist with joint venture relationships across sectors.
• Produce reporting related to assets, JVs and budgeting.
• Assist with due diligence and Investment Committee prep.
• Perform sensitivity and discounted cash flow analyses.
• Monitor portfolio performance to maximize investor returns.
• Support day-to-day activities as needed.
