Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Senior Analyst, Hospitality Asset Management to support portfolio-level decisions through financial modeling, market research, and business plan analysis for hospitality assets. The role requires a minimum of 4 years in hospitality asset management or related fields, a Bachelor's degree in finance/real estate/hospitality, a valid driver's license, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality asset management, real estate finance, hotel operations, or investment analysis.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains financial models for hotel performance, cash flow, ROI, and partnership economics across the portfolio.
• Prepares asset-level business plans and budgets; manages variance narrative and forecast updates each cycle; flags performance risk.
• Tracks KPIs vs. plan and prepares portfolio-level performance summaries.
• Partners with hotel operator, brand and property teams to assess financials and identify opportunities.
