Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality asset management, real estate investment, private equity, or related field.
• Prior hospitality experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain property-level business plans including operating objectives, capital priorities, financing, brand/operator considerations, and exit strategies.
• Analyze hotel performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and asset value.
• Support dispositions from valuation through due diligence and closing, including projections and sensitivity analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence, buyers/brokers, and lender materials through to closing, and prepare senior leadership materials.
• Evaluate capital decisions, renovations, and capital allocations across the portfolio.
