Job summary

Northwest x Southern Hospitality in Corvallis, Oregon is seeking an Area Sales Account Executive to develop and secure new business opportunities for our hotels, while maintaining strong client relationships and maximizing revenue through proactive sales strategies.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, hotel or hospitality sales experience, strong knowledge of guest service, operations, and leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or hotel sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership.
• Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office; ability to use office equipment accurately.
• Ability to obtain government or brand permits or certifications as required.
• Flexible schedule, varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business opportunities for the hotels; build and maintain client relationships.
• Promote hotel services and manage assigned accounts; conduct sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs and goals; drive revenue growth.
