Job summary

Northwest x Southern Hospitality is hiring an Area Sales Account Executive to join our Oregon team in Corvallis. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and maximizing hotel revenue through proactive sales strategies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, hospitality experience, and strong skills in operations, guest service, and team leadership. Flexible scheduling and a 40-hour workweek are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hotel, hotel sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to obtain required permits, licenses, or certifications.
• Flexible schedule with varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business opportunities for the hotel.
