Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for Chicago with 4+ years in North American architecture and 2.5+ years in project management. You will lead restaurant and hospitality projects from design through construction, coordinating with architects, engineers, and authorities.

The role offers a hybrid/remote model, compensation from $80k to $125k depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in North American architectural industry with at least 2.5 years in project management.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on mid-to-large projects, preferably in restaurant/hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design development, construction documents, and construction phase services.
• Manage site visits, project financials, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and authorities; ensure QA/QC of drawings and specs.
• Monitor scope changes, budget adherence, and project timelines.
• Lead project coordination and maintain communication across teams.
