Job summary

Hord Coplan Macht is seeking a Project Manager to lead interior architectural projects from inception to completion. The role focuses on multifamily and hospitality spaces, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with experience mentoring designers and contributing to business development. Hybrid work and in-person collaboration are required in Baltimore, MD.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience, including demonstrated success as a project manager on interior architectural projects (multifamily & hospitality).
• Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams.
• Experience interfacing with clients and collaborating with Architecture & Consultant teams.
• Experience negotiating project scope, fees and budgets, both internal and external.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers.
• Knowledge of construction details, building codes and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency with Revit.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the project team (concept through contract documents and contract administration) and client/consultant teams.
• Staffing assignments to meet project milestones.
• Contributes to design execution and project development across all phases.
• Project scheduling and financial performance oversight.
• Construction budget reviews and value engineering throughout the project.
• Assist in proposal writing and interviews.
